Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms apply when you use monthlyworkshop.com or buy anything from The Monthly Workshop. By buying or using our products you agree to them, so please read them. Plain English, no tricks.

1. About us

monthlyworkshop.com is run by TRIDENT MGMT LTD (trading as The Monthly Workshop), company number 15505714, registered at 50 Fairacre Church Road, Isleworth, England, TW7 4PJ. Contact: [email protected].

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over. Our products are business training for coaches, consultants, creators and experts, and are sold for business purposes.

3. What you're buying

Each product page and checkout describes what's included. Digital products are delivered by email and/or through our community platform, usually within minutes of payment. If you haven't received access within 24 hours, email us and we'll fix it.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout, including any taxes that apply. Payments are processed securely by third-party processors; we never see or store your full card details. Optional add-ons and upgrades are only charged if you select them. If a product is a subscription or payment plan, this will be made clear before you pay, and you can cancel future payments at any time by emailing us.

5. Money-back guarantee and refunds

Our core products come with a 90-day money-back guarantee: go through the material and attend our free live calls, and if it isn't the clearest path you've seen to getting clients, email us within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the same applies to add-ons bought in the same order. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.

Your cancellation right. Because our products are digital and delivered straight away, by buying you ask us to start immediately and you acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right ends once access is given. Our 90-day guarantee is in addition to and more generous than that right, and does not affect your other legal rights.

6. Licence to use our materials

Everything we provide (videos, workbooks, templates, scripts, decks, frameworks and recordings) belongs to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business. You may adapt our templates for your own workshops and marketing. You may not resell, share, publish, give away or copy our materials for anyone else, or use them to create a competing product. Access is for one person; sharing logins may lead to access being removed without a refund.

7. Live calls and community

Free live build calls and community access are a bonus, not a guaranteed service. Their schedule and format may change, and we may pause or end them with reasonable notice. Live calls may be recorded and shared with members. Please be respectful: we may remove anyone who is abusive, spams, promotes their own offers without permission or breaks these terms.

8. No guarantee of results

We teach a method; we can't do the work for you or control your market, offer, ads or effort. Any results, examples or testimonials we share are not typical and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Please read our Disclaimer.

9. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for your own business decisions, ad spend, and following the laws and platform rules that apply to you, including advertising standards, data protection, consumer law and Meta, Google or other platform policies.

10. Limit of our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned.

11. Changes and availability

We may update our products, prices and these terms. Changes won't affect anything you've already bought. We aim to keep our site and platforms available but can't promise they'll be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Meta, Facebook and other platforms

This site and our products are not part of, endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Facebook™, Instagram™ or Meta Platforms, Inc., nor with Google, YouTube or any other platform we mention. FACEBOOK™ and INSTAGRAM™ are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. We teach advertising methods but cannot guarantee ad approval, account standing, costs or results on any platform; each platform sets and changes its own rules.

13. Complaints and governing law

If something isn't right, email [email protected] and we'll try to sort it quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or EU, you keep any protections your local law gives you.
